NPD Manager - Skincare - Berkshire
A Luxury skincare brand specialising in antiaging solutions are recruiting for an NPD Manager to join their team! The role requires an independent and innovative thinker who can act as key decision maker in their own project launches! The company are looking for someone who is passionate about skincare and looking for a role that allows them to be more independent.

The Role:
- Managing the NPD Process for your own projects
- Writing Briefs
- Reviewing active ingredients and keeping up to date with the latest active ingredients
- Managing and liaising with suppliers and manufacturing to ensure timelines are met
- Reviewing artwork and deciding on packaging
- Claims substantiation
- Managing and organising product testing
- Ensuring compliance with regulations across all products
Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of NPD experience
- Minimum 3 years of skincare experience
- Skincare formulation experience
- Scientific degree. Desirable.
- French Speaking. Desirable.
