They are looking for an NPD Assistant to support the NPD Team with their daily administration tasks. The role is office based and is hybrid! They are looking someone who has experience in NPD within Cosmetics and is passionate about the industry. The company support the development of their staff immensely and work to support people grow within the business!
The Role:
- Supporting NPD Team daily with product development
- Support with project timeline projections/ critical path
- Ensure all partners and stakeholders are receiving samples of new products
- Sending off supplier benchmarks
- Market research and competitor analysis, to be fed back to the NPD team during weekly meetings
- Liaise with various departments to ensure products are delivered on time, and communicate any issues that may arise to necessary teams
Skills:
- Working experience with Cosmetics Industry
- Passion for Cosmetics and product development
- Working experience with product development or project management
- Microsoft Office Skills
