Science Solutions Recruitment have an excellent opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our business. If you are career driven, money motived and ambitious we want to hear from you. Once you start you will be placed on a full training plan and supported by a wealth of experience across the business.

Role:

  • Build relationships with current clients and prospects within your specialist sector.
  • Become a well-known recruitment specialist within your sector.
  • Identify business opportunities within the Scientific Market.
  • Win new business within your specialist sector.
  • Candidate management; identify, register, conduct interview preparation and manage the candidate process from start to finish.
  • Advertise vacancies on behalf of Leading / Global Scientific Clients.
  • Manage and grow your own desk in order to hit company goals and much more!

Person

  • Sales experience is highly desirable, demonstrating lead generation, technical sales and have a more consultative / commercial approach.
  • A degree within a Scientific Discipline would be a benefit, however not essential.
  • Have excellent IT / CRM skills and have good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Career driven, proactive, hard working with excellent time keeping.
  • You must be local to Warrington and have a full UK driving licence.
