Role: Technical Manager (Tablets / FMCG / Nutritional)
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
Location: Cheshire / Merseyside
We are looking to speak to Technical Managers who have experience within tablets, capsules, innovation and packaging. Our client requires a manager to join their ever-growing business and lead the packaging / design team, New Products Introduction and R&D Department. You will be a natural manager, highly organised and have a good knowledge of tablets / capsules and client relations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a great team in Cheshire / Merseyside and grow within a thriving business.
Role:
- You will lead from the front, provide training & development to your department to improve standards / KPIs.
- Work closely with external / internal clients to understand their requirements to maximise service.
- Understand legislation / standards globally for product and packaging purposes.
- Understand our client's product range and self-teach in order to understand the process technically.
- Continuous improvement to your department to ensure a smooth process.
Person:
- You must have management experience, managing a team up to 5 and experience of managing different departments.
- Good knowledge of tablets, capsules, pills from either Pharma / FMCG / Nutritional market.
- Good understanding of pre-market and post market NPD
- A natural relationship builder and able to drive / motivate a team.
