A Biotechnology company based in the Republic of Ireland are currently recruiting for Technical Manager/Lead to build a team of Technical Transfer and Process Specialists. You must have experience in working with a biologics manufacturing and coming from an MSAT background would be very beneficial for the role:-
Responsibilities:-
- You will provide technical on site support and lead set-up, scale-up and implementation of all manufacturing processes and act as the primary liaison between cross functional teams such as Engineering, MSAT, Quality etc.
- You will have the ability to work with external companies as some of the research work is sometimes outsourced.
- You will act as key Manager on site and also offer project leadership scheduling and reporting of tech transfer and validation of each new product to establish if the product/s are manufacturing ready.
