A food manufactuer based in Scotland are currently recruiting for a Technical Fermentation Scientist to help optimise and manufacture in their new facility.
Requirements of the role:-
- You will have practical experience of production or pilot operations and have a comprehensive understanding of the fermentation process.
- You will be operating under HACCP and ISO certification and will responsible for all data capture and reporting.
- You will have strong experimental skills and have the ability to mentor and train Technicians.
