The Role:
- Working with customers and the technical team to lead on the development of new products or improve customers' existing formulas
- Ensuring all products are meeting regulatory and compliance standards
- Update and track all documentation for internal records and for customers
- Oversee all technical aspect of projects and support teams
- Investigate customer complaints
Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Development role
- Relevant experience (i.e. Cosmetics, Chemistry, Coatings, Household)
- Experience with team leading
- Experience with Cosmetics/ Personal Care products. Desirable.
