Requirements:
- Precious leadership experience managing a cosmetic laboratory.
- Formulation experience within Cosmetics
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of laboratory safety requirements
- Any experience within skincare / SPFs is highly desirable
The role
Thie Laboratory Manager will own the formulation process for personal care R&D projects including developing project plans, phases, workstreams, activities, deliverables, timelines for formulation development. They will also ensure all compliance needs are met, achieved on time to ensuring the Regulatory and Technical Teams are compliant with the legal requirements.
