I am currently supporting one of our clients in the Oxfordshire area with the recruitment of an Upstream Processing Scientist. The role specialises in USP cell culture and the development processes for new biotherapeutic products.
Responsibilities of the role:-
- You will provide scientific and technical insight to support process transfers and support and troubleshoot any issues that affect the supply and execution of upstream processes for the manufacture of biologics.
- Lead the implementation and optimisation of USP cell culture processes to ensure high quality materials are produced.
- Work with other departments including Downstream Process Development, Analytical Development and Quality to develop and characterise new techniques.
