Responsibilities -
- Liaise with various departments and teams
- Research and Development - Support ongoing research into hair and organic materials - Conduct research of hair science to provide input for innovative NPD.
- Claims Testing and Validation - provide product claims support - claims testing in laboratory using product samples and hair samples - provide claims likelihood and evidence testing of the products to meet marketing requirements
- Test method design & support - develop methods for product testing
Skills -
- Scientific degree. Desirable to have post graduate degree or post-doctorate experience.
- Background in hair/ materials.
- Attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm and drive.
- Previous experience with product development. Desirable.
