A Cambridge-based biotechnology company is seeking a Research Scientist with experience in protein purification and characterisation to join their antibody discovery team.
In this role, you will be part of a team focused on the development of novel anti-cancer therapies. You will support the company's antibody discovery activities, with duties focusing primarily on protein purification and characterisation.
Requirements for this role:
- PhD in life science discipline, or BSc/MSc with postgraduate experience;
- Proven experience in protein purification and characterisation;
- Experience in a number of the following techniques: protein A chromatography, tag-based purification, kinetics (Biacore/Octet), biophysical analysis, phage display, high throughput screening, cell culture, flow cytometry, and cloning.
