Science Solutions are pleased to be working with a manufacturer based in Portsmouth who're looking to recruit a Regulatory Assistant on a permanent basis, to join their enthusiastic and dedicated team.
Key Duties:
- Complete REACh, cosmetic and fragrance compliance across the portfolio of brands, ensuring to keep abreast of all latest industry regulation changes
- Organise all technical document requests such as MSDS, CofA
- Deal with any technical queries, liaise with suppliers both over email and telephone
- Maintain and update product data and setting new information within the Coptis system
- Manage raw material supplier documentation in conjunction with sourcing team to ensure supply base capable of providing technical capability and quality requirements
- Ensure raw materials conform to regional, company and corporate requirements of the EU
- Manage product notification on the EU Cosmetic Product Portal
Key Requirements:
- A degree in a Scientific field - ideally cosmetic science
- An understanding of regulations of the industry
- Organisational skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
