My client has transformed their business over the past year. They pride themselves on the company culture, employee development and the service that they offer their clients. A great opportunity for an experienced R&D manager within the cosmetics and personal care industry has opened.
This role will involve having three direct reports and will include managing the more complex accounts for the business.
The role:
- Overseeing day to day running of the lab
- Ensure standards are met throughout the lab
- Improve and creating current and new SOPs
- Working on new formulations for clients
- EPD on current formulations
- Training and development of junior staff
Skills:
- Minimum 5 years formulation and development experience in cosmetics and personal care
- 2 years minimum of people management
