Quality Assurance Manager- European Nutritional

£40,000-£60,000 + Company Car/ Allowance + Benefits

This is an important role for the business with 8 direct reports, you will be responsible for ensuring the sites QMS systems are in accordance with GMP, BRC, REACh and ISO9001. You will manage and train staff within the Quality Assurance department and lead all Quality Assurance activities.

Hours for the Quality Assurance Manager- Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm Friday 8am-1pm

General overview of the Quality Assurance Manager

As expected, the role does have a big responsibility for the daily Manufacturing and Production for the business, therefore organisation and communication are essential. You will be able to perform audits internally and externally, ensure HACCP systems are effective and complaint, management, and generation of technical agreements with Service providers, Customers and Suppliers. Management of staff ensuring relevant training is implemented to provide continuous improvement and development. You will also be responsible for environmental monitoring, Regulatory and Validation activities.

Experience & Qualifications required for the Quality Assurance Manager

BSc within a Scientific subject or equivalent or 10+ years within Quality Assurance Management.
