Quality Control Manager- European Nutritional
This is an important role for the business with 5 direct reports, you will be responsible for ensuring the sites Quality Control department is operating complaint and effectively, will oversee routine testing and method development for raw materials, intermediates and finished products, mainly tablets and hard capsules.
Hours- Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm Friday 8am-1pm

General overview of the Quality Control Manager
As expected, the role does have a big responsibility for the daily Manufacturing and Production for the business, therefore organisation and communication are essential, some of the duties are listed below:
- General management of the QC laboratories, Raw Materials, Finished Product, Method Development and Stability.
- Communication with other departments internally to ensure project deadlines and customer demands are met.
- · Perform internal audits and assessments on the QC department and provide improvements when required.
- · Equipment calibration, qualification, and troubleshooting
- · Ensure the laboratory is clean, tidy, and suitable for manufacturing each day.
- · Recruitment of staff, writing of SOPs, risk assessment and other related tasks.
Experience & Qualifications required for the Quality Control Manager
- BSc within a Scientific subject
- Management experience within a regulated sector, such as Pharmaceutical, Food, or medical device
