Quality Assurance Manager - Cosmetics - North West

This rapidly growing, high-energy business is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee company's products and services meet and maintain set standards.
Day to day duties
- To lead and manage a team of Quality professionals, ensuring all training and personal developments are met.

Complete regular analysis reporting, tracking KPI performance metrics to utilise learnings to evolve the education of the factories
Ensuring factory compliance to quality (Good Manufacturing Practice, ISO 22716), BRC and ethical (SEDEX) standards.
Experience with dealing with suppliers and customers based in Europe and the Far East would be an advantage.
Requirements
- An experienced Quality Assurance Manager with a minimum of 10 years ideally in the Cosmetic industry with detailed knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001, 22716, BRC, Ethical Audits.
Have a level of curiosity with the ability to champion and embed a continuous improvement culture.
The ability to work independently and under pressure and demonstrate exceptional organisational, communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
Calm under pressure and able to balance often conflicting priorities.
Ambition, motivation and hunger for success.
