Skills and Experience;
- Proven experience in QA in a commercial pharmaceutical / CDMO environment with supervisory or team management experience
- Managing organisational change through sustained high growth
- Strong planning, organisational and time management abilities
- Leadership, team management, developing and mentoring
- Relationship building, negotiation, problem solving
- Prior experience in a contract development and manufacturing organisation is required
- Knowledge of industry's regulations and guidelines, specifically GMP requirements as specified in the Orange Guide.
- Understand operational excellence programs that can enhance customer satisfaction
Formal Qualifications and Experience required
- Educated to degree level in a relevant subject
- Experience of working in the CDMO / commercial pharmaceutical sector
- QA management or supervisory experience required in a GMP manufacturing business
- Background of working in a business with a strong quality ethos
