We are recruiting for an experienced Product Manager to join a world leading construction materials manufacturer based in Derbyshire. As Product Manager, you will work alongside various departments across the business to develop, project manage and launch new products to market, to ensure commercial success.
To be considered for this role, you will have previous experience in product management and/or development, ideally in the construction materials sector. You will also be familiar with lean start-ip and agile development technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for your given product group or single defined products within the product portfolio, ensuring continuous development along the product life cycle in collaboration with the product development team
- Development and execution of new product launches, defining positioning and to-market strategies based on analysis, and leading projects from start to finish
- Undertake continuous analysis of product KPIs for your product line or product, including market share, pricing, margins and volumes
Knowledge and Experience:
- Previous experience in Product Management and/or Development, preferably in the construction materials sector
- Strong ownership and "can-do" attitude and comfortable collaborating with different stakeholders, communicating effectively
- Excellent project management skills, with familiarity of lean start-up and agile development technologies
