An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Plant Chemist for a leading polymer manufacturer based in North Lincolnshire. As a Plant Chemist you will be responsible for operating plant and pilot plants, overseeing new product manufacturing on site ensuring that new products are integrated in line with the relevant quality and cost requirements. You will also be responsible for analysing production data and results to improve manufacturing capability.
To be considered for this Plant Chemist, you will either be degree educated in Chemistry or closely related subject, or we could consider those without BSc/BEng level degrees if you have considerable industrial experience working within a chemicals/polymer manufacturing environment. Knowledge of chemical safety is required, and those who have previously analysed production data would be highly desirable.
