Are you a cosmetics industry professional with a strong passion for developing industry leading products? Are you always keeping up to date with the latest trends and innovations of the beauty industry? Science Solutions are recruiting for a well-established cosmetics company that've grown very quickly over the past 12 months and as such, are looking to recruit a brand-new role in their NPD team!
The ideal candidate will have experience within project management and product development, as well as being highly interested in the beauty industry. You will have a creative flair to assist in the concept creation of products!
Key Duties:
* Provide support to the NPD team in developing leading products
* Management of the critical path and project timelines
* Managing the new line form, ensuring all information is submitted accordingly
* Managing samples and ensuring internal stakeholders have new samples as well as sending off supplier benchmarks
* Carry out competitor analysis and trend reports to identify upcoming trends and report to the team
* Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners
* Ensure product orders are on track and communicate any issues with the wider team
