Small, yet growing pharmaceutical production unit. Contributing to the treatment of cancer medicines. The Production Lead will help develop the new Night-shift system.

Responsibilities for the Night-shift Production Lead:
- Help build the team of production operators
- Asset utilisation.
- Build cross functional relationships.
- Management of production operations.
- GMP compliance.
- Equipment Calibration and Maintenance.
- Planning work flow.
- Producing and recording of production data such as batch documents and yields and that any nonconformance's are reported to head of Quality
For the Night-shift Production Lead you will have experience of;
- At least 5 years' experience within the pharmaceutical/Food industry.
- Working within a quality system environment.
- Security clearance attainable.
- Protective Personnel Equipment principles and compliance
- Process optimisation, Lean Methodology and Continuous Improvement knowledge.
- Carrying out Internal Audits
