Microbiologist Lab Technician - Cosmetics & Personal Care - South West England
This leading global company specialise in the formulation, manufacturing and packaging of Cosmetics, Personal Care and Home Care products, and they are looking for a Microbiologist Laboratory technician. They have a diverse and ever-growing cliental list! Due to their growth they are looking for a microbiologist laboratory technician to join their Quality team! If you have a background in Cosmetics, Personal Care or Home Care and have a passion for this then this job is for you!
The Role:
- Analysis of products, using microbiological, wet chemical & instrumental techniques
- Work with the team to prioritise work schedules
- Assist when developing new analytical methods and validation
- Maintenance and calibration of specified equipment
- Investigating customer complaints
- External and internal proficiency testing
- Preparing customer samples
Skills:
- Experience with or knowledge of Microbiological/ QC procedures
- Experience with or knowledge of the Cosmetic/ Personal Care/ Home Care products
- Degree Level education in Science discipline
