Looking for an experienced metabolite identification scientist to join a premium independent bioanalytical drug discovery service provider in Kent. Your responsibilities as a metabolite specialist:
- Performing all aspects of metabolite characterisation studie,s on behalf of clients
- Writing reports of analysis and delivering results to clients
- Working cross-functionally within projects
- Training and mentoring new staff
- Design and perform metabolite identification experiments and troubleshooting of analytical issues
Requirements/ Qualifications:
- Candidates will ideally be educated to BSc level or equivalent in a relevant scientific subject matter
- Ideally with at least 5 years' experience within the drug discovery or pharmaceutical industry
- Expertise within HPLC, radiochemical detection, UV and mass spectrometry (nominal mass and high res)
- Proven experience working on multiple metabolite projects at one time
