Science Solutions are looking to recruit a Laboratory Technician for a world leader in fabric and textile science located in West Yorkshire!
In order to be considered for this role you must have a desire to go into the materials science industry. No previous experience required!
Main duties include but aren't limited to:
- Assisting the Scientists in the development of new products and process within the organisation.
- You will operate multiple lab testing equipment after receiving full in-house training.
- Ensure the lab is kept clean, well-stocked and to maintain accurate records.
- Carry out routine tasks as and when necessary and report all results to your line manager.
Requirements:
- GCSE Maths & English to grade C minimum.
- Degree educated in Materials Science, Chemistry or a similar field would be beneficial.
- Previous lab experience is highly desirable but not essential.
