The company are a massively growing and expanding luxury skincare manufacturer, who manufacture, blend and package all products on site! They are currently looking for a Head of Quality. The role of the Head of Quality will be to oversee the quality management for the whole business!
The Role:
- Develop and head up the QMS
- Head up FDA Certification
- Evaluate and design, current and new SOPs and Quality processes
- Audits/ GMP Audits
- Overseeing all Quality and Manufacturing processes
- Act as expert for the whole business to guide the business to any necessary quality changes
- Evaluate challenges the business may face
- Report on key performance indicators across quality standards
- Implement and develop processes to meet business objectives
Skills:
- Scientific degree
- 10 years of Cosmetic experience
- Working and theoretical knowledge of relevant ISO's, SOPs, GMP and FDA
- Management/ Leadership experience
- Commercially minded
- Environmental adaptable
