Recruitment is a complex subject. Sales is a part of the job, so an essential requirement is a desire to work in a sales-based environment. The other part of the job is delivery. You’ll need to understand the detail of a job, the nuances of the employing company, and how to assess candidates for suitability. Communication is critical to succeed in all of these areas, so you’ll need to be confident in written and verbal communication.

We can teach you everything you need to know about recruitment, but we can’t teach you how to have the right attitude. And that’s critical to us because we want someone keen to learn and knows that learning is a never-ending process. However good someone is, there are always areas they can improve to become “best in class” and progress through our business.

That’s the kind of person we’re looking for in our graduate trainees.

If that resonates with you, then get in touch and let’s have a chat.
