This organisation is an ambitious, young yet highly successful business with backing from one of the worlds largest consumer goods companies!
Due to rapid expansion across the business, we are now looking to recruit an experienced Senior Technical Manager with proven history of developing innovative skincare products, you will be responsible for leading claims, ingredients and delivering a great customer experience!
You will be responsible for formula development, sourcing of novel ingredients, testing of products, managing suppliers and contracting teams, quality assurance/quality control, local and global regulations and compliance and delivering high-quality products.
Reporting into the R&D Director, you will oversee all technical R&D activities such a product development, formulation, regulatory, claims and packaging testing and assessment. You will lead a small team to drive projects through the process from innovation, concept to launch, whilst providing clear direction and mentorship to the R&D team! You will help to develop breakthrough claims and working on disruptive innovation projects, identifying new trends and championing new science and technology whilst remaining as sustainable as possible.
