Agrochemical Formulation scientist - South Wales
Our client is looking for a senior formulation scientist to join their agrochemicals research and development team in South Wales. The role will consist of formulating new biological products for the purpose of increasing crop yields.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing formulation in the research and development lab
- Producing scalable agrochemical formulations for field testing and greenhouse trials
- Preparations of technical reports and presentations
- Designing and conducting formulation and downstream processing experiments toward optimising bioactivity, physical properties, and stability.
You Will Need:
- A minimum BSc degree in chemistry or a similar scientific discipline.
- A familiarity with formulation techniques, such as encapsulation, freeze-drying, liquid formulation, granulation, SE, WP, SSF, SC, etc.
- A minimum 3 years of experience of formulating biological or microbial products.
- Full right to work in the UK
