Formulation Chemist - FMCG - Norfolk

Requirements:
- Previous FMCG formulation experience
- Chemistry degree or relevant subject
- 2+ years industry experience including NPD.
- Ability to communicate with colleagues and customers at different levels.
- Previous mentoring or management experience is highly desirable.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
Daily duties
- Delivering NPD's and EPD's
- Helping to optimise and reduce business costs
- Keeping an eye on innovation and competitors
- Understanding industry regulations
- Performance testing
- Supporting the QA department when needed
