Key responsibilities as a Synthetic Organic Chemist:
- Complex synthesis of biologically active compounds
- Work towards targets of product quantity and quality within a set time scale and budget
- Collate, generate and analyse data on synthesis steps using state of the art facilities
- Produce high quality project reports for internal and external customers
- Client communications on progress, workload and progress
Qualifications and attributes:
- PhD in organic chemistry (or related discipline)
- 3+ years related industrial experience
- High level of personal and independent productivity
- Practical ability and analytical interpretation skills and experience
