Downstream Scientist - Cambridge - Biotechnology
I am recruiting for a Downstream Scientist for a Cambridge based Biotechnology company. Your role as a Downstream Scientist will involve downstream process development, scale-up, and tech transfer of biologics products. You will also perform recombinant protein purification from microbial cell culture.
The successful candidate will have experience in:
- Recombinant protein expression and purification
- AKTA/Unicorn systems for FPLC of recombinant proteins
- Development and scale-up of microbial cell growth and lysis methods (desirable)
