A bio-tech company based in the North East of England are recruiting for a Downstream Process Technologist. The role is to help lead and manage development activities in the downstream as well as improve efficiency to meet product specification and also to support their other plants.
Responsibilities:
- You will manage the DSP projects , improve the efficiency and quality of the final products by developing robust process control specifications
- You will support the commissioning of new production plants and lead trials at both lab and pilot scale to support new ingredient opportunities as well as existing products.
- You will have a minimum of 5 years Process Technology experience, have a clear understanding of GMP, regulatory and accreditation/quality systems
