An Oxford-based biotechnology company is seeking Downstream Process Development Scientist to develop methods for the purification and characterisation of biological products.
As a Downstream Process Development Scientist you will carry out a range of techniques such cell culture, normal flow filtration, tangential flow filtration, chromatography, and centrifugation, to support the QC, development, and characterisation of novel biologics.
Requirements for this role:
- Degree in relevant discipline;
- Proven industry experience in protein and/or viral vector purification and characterisation;
- Ideally some experience or understanding of upstream process development.
