Chemist
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Chemist based at a coatings manufacturing company in the West Midlands area. As a Chemist you will be responsible for developing and formulating products for the industrial coatings sector. You will also be responsible for overseeing the QC of products and materials.
To be considered for this Chemist position you will be degree educated in Chemistry or a related field. You will also have previous in an R&D role within the industrial coatings sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the development of existing products.
- Oversee the QC of materials and finished products.
- Develop colours of products.
- Provide customer technical support.
Background/Experience:
- Degree educated in Chemistry or a related field.
- Background within Polymer Chemistry is essential.
- Prior experience in an R&D position within the coatings industry is highly desirable.
