If you are a highly accomplished analytical scientist with GMP or GLP laboratory experience working on the development of HPLC methods then here is your chance of a permanent Analytical Chemist position contributing to commercially sensitive projects for new drug discovery technology within a multi-national firm's South Eastern England site. The Analytical Chemist role sits in support of efforts conducted by the neighbouring substance/product team so some knowledge of organic or formulation chemistry is ideal.
Your day to day duties as an Analytical Chemist will be:
- Execution and optimisation of client-prepared SOPs
- Development of HPLC methods to procure analytical data from raw materials, finished products and stability studies relevant to the project sponsor's needs
- Delivery of high quality results to demanding timelines
- Supporting the whole site's quality systems and equipment
You will be an ideal candidate with this background:
- A degree, or PhD, in a relevant chemistry field
- Some track record in HPLC method development in the laboratory
- A good eye for detail
