Role: Account manager - Personal care
Salary: £35,000

Science solutions recruitment has a fantastic opportunity for an account manager to join our clients leading personal care manufacturing company. Role:
- Manage several company accounts, ensuring a positive, effective and productive working relationship with each to encourage growth and profitability
- Work closely with the R&D team, Packaging Technologist, Purchasing and the Operational teams on both new projects and existing lines, ensuring projects are delivered on time
- Work with other departments to develop product costing/quoting, ensuring it meets the needs of both the business and the customer
- To meet with customers as and when necessary to discuss current and prospective business
- Deliver sales targets and associated key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Working closely with the warehouse to ensure delivery to customers' requests are met
- Working with customers to agree annual forecasts
Person:
- Experience of B2B customer sales
- Experience of working with customers in the Personal Care industry
- Strong relationship building skills with the ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to confidently liaise with people across all levels of the business
- Commercially aware
- Ability to work as part of a team, but also independently using own initiative
