Account Manager - Personal Care - East of England
A fast-growing personal care manufacturer are looking for an Account Manager to join the team! Working within a team of 4 Account Managers, the role is heavily involved with every process through the business. The Account Manager role is fully based onsite due to the continuous engagement and communication that is required with various departments including R&D Team, NPD, packaging and Supply Chain. The ideal Account Manager would have experience with account management and experience or knowledge of the Personal Care Industry.
The Role:
- Independently manage own list of clients/ customers
- Liaise with departments throughout the process
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise from customer orders
- Regularly meet with current and prospective customers to discuss business opportunities
- Working with customers to discuss forecasts
- Continuously creating, developing and managing relationships
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience of account management/ sales
- Commercial awareness
- Experience within Personal Care/ FMCG.
