Fun fact- I was once given a tour of the Kitchen at ‘Dinner by Heston Blumenthal’ in London, after a birthday meal in 2021.
Hobbies and interest-I enjoy watching just about any sport minus Golf, I am huge football fan and follow Manchester United (this isn’t what it used to be!). Another passion of mine is food, in particular Italian cuisine and I love making pasta from scratch when time permits!
