Webinar - Visa Solutions for the Candidate Shortage.

The combination of COVID and Brexit has created a huge upturn in the ever fierce demand for the best talent. The UK Government had anticipated that the new Visa and Sponsorship rules would provide employers with a platform to attract the best talent from across the globe to meet these demands, yet employers have been busy surviving a pandemic, reacting to the "new norm" , whilst trying to remain productive (and sane!).

Its busy and confusing for most and as with anything with costs and legal stipulations it can be intimidating, its no surprise therefore to see that those utilising the scheme remain very much in the minority.

Where do you even start?.....Don't worry, we got you covered.

Science Solutions are pleased to be hosting a Webinar in association with Brabners on Visa Solutions for the Candidate Shortage.

In this webinar, we’ll be discussing how you can take advantage of the UK’s immigration system to recruit and retain key talent. In particular we’ll be looking at visa solutions for the candidate shortage, with a focus on employer sponsorship and the work permit system. We’ll also touch upon other visa options such as post Brexit rights for EU nationals (including Frontier Worker Permits) and unsponsored routes (including the proposals for a new High Potential visa). Finally, we’ll take a look at compliance obligations and what happens if you get this wrong.

Join Andrew Corness, Director of Science Solutions Recruitment, and Laura Darnley, Legal Director and Head of Brabners’ Business Immigration team, to find out more about how you can make the UK’s visa framework work for your business.
